Dispatch of your parcel
Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of your payment via UPS with tracking and delivery without a signature. If you prefer delivery via UPS Extra with a signature required, additional charges will apply. Please contact us before selecting this delivery method. Whichever delivery option you choose, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling charges are fixed amounts, whilst transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you combine your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, so delivery charges will be applied to each order. Your parcel is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Our boxes are large enough to ensure your items are well protected during dispatch.
